Zach’s Official Bio
Rev. Zach Coffin is a trusted speaker, consultant, and coach who equips leaders, churches, and organizations to embrace a Spirit-led life while navigating today’s most pressing cultural and leadership challenges. He began preaching at 16 and pastoring at 19, developing a reputation for passionate preaching, insightful teaching, and presence-driven coaching.
Zach previously served as the Director of Next Generation Ministries for The Wesleyan Church World Headquarters. Today, he provides fractional leadership and coaching for executive teams, business owners, and pastors, while also serving as Vice President of The Higher Ed Marketer. His work often places him on the frontlines of cultural conversations around gender, sexuality, and generative AI. He seeks to equip leaders to respond with practical clarity, compassion and conviction.
He holds bachelor’s degrees in Christian Ministry and Christian Education from Indiana Wesleyan University, as well as a master’s in Pastoral Theology from Kingswood University. In 2022, Indiana Wesleyan honored him with its Distinguished Alumni Award.
When he’s not coaching or speaking, Zach and his wife, Becca (married 18 years) are traveling the country with their two daughters, ministering at universities, camps and churches.
